Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Send photos within 72 hours for a free return or exchange. Priority shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Change of mind: Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days (items must be new and resalable). Some products have vendor-specific return policies (see product details page). Personalized or custom items and items purchased at a discount of over 25% are not eligible for return.

Return and Exchange Shipping

  • Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label.
  • All other returns and exchanges: You are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for items valued over $50.

Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. For later cancellation, please contact us.
  • immediately to report an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee that the address of a shipped order can be changed.

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Returns: For orders that meet our return policy criteria (as outlined in our Shipping and Return Policy), refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We aim to issue a refund within 3 business days after confirming the return is in good condition.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage within 72 hours. we will issue a refund within 3 business days.
  • Refunds for Unshipped Orders: For orders that have not been shipped yet, refunds are typically processed within 1 business day after your request is confirmed.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refused Packages

  • Don't refuse packages you no longer want. Contact us to arrange a proper return. Refusing a package may result in it being lost or incurring additional charges, which you will be responsible for.

Coupons

  • Forgot to use your coupon? Contact us if it's still valid and we'll process it for you.

Verification of Purchase

  • If you cannot provide the correct order information, we will still try to verify your purchase. However, if verification fails, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
